If your horse is the anxious type, we’ll keep the moving a lot of the time with brief pauses to take photos, and I have lots of tricks to get them to look for the moment it takes for a photo — my shutter is as fast as 1/8000 of a second, and no horse can move faster than that! Sometimes bringing an equine friend along helps to keep yours calm, and treats work great too.
